This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on BB King street is convenient, just a few blocks away from Beale Street. The service provided by the staff is helpful and the basic amenities provided meet all necessary requirements. The rooms, although slightly outdated, are clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. Additionally, there is a balcony available for guests, even though it is not currently in use. The included breakfast, consisting of biscuits & gravy & danish's, is a welcome start to the day and is included in the rate.

For shots visit The Rendezvous, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. Access to Fire Museum of Memphis. No reason to complain, we truly enjoyed the place.

This hotel on BB King street in a rather sketchy area was a great find! The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything you need in the city. The prices were unbeatable, offering excellent value for money. The basic amenities were all there, and the room with views of the ballpark from our window was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided, with biscuits & gravy & danish's included in the rate, was a delightful start to the day.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is located in an odd place right off the street, making it very close to everything you want to do in the city. It is conveniently close to the FedEx Forum and Beale Street, giving you easy access to entertainment and nightlife.

The service at the hotel was lacking and left much to be desired.

Noise Level, Limited Amenities Unfortunately, the noise level can be quite disruptive. It may be difficult to get a good night's sleep if you are sensitive to sounds.
